ingredients: 2 table spoons olive oil 2/ 1 chicken bond less
3/1 cup celery 4/1 cup carrots,5/ zucchini, 6/cabbage, 7/beans
8/tasting salt and salt 9/ black paper 10/ 1 table spoon onion pepper 11/vinegar
 12/soya sauce 13/ corn flower 14/pasta

direction: in a large sauce pot heat the little olive oil and water boil, when the oil and water is hot and boil add chicken  until the chicken is cook and then remove the chicken and blend,  and then add again in the water, put the salt and tasting salt and add vinegar and soya sauce. after 20 mints add the little onion and celery carrot and all of the vegetable for 6/7 mints wait and then add little pasta and then finally add 4 table spoon corn flower, until the pasta is tender. serve hot soup. if u want, u can add hot sauce or tomato sauce.

 every body can get the vegetable and the ingredients in the super market, in the jackson height and any super market, such as met food, key food etc.

               Acording to the passege talking about,junk food is bad for the children.therefore the elementary school should not make the junk food cause many reason.
               children need more heltheier food, because this is the time to grow up a children, if they dont eat helthy food they might not be groing well. helthy food has more fiber and calories ,and make more energy.i think that parents should take care of their children. for example, have regular family meals  knowing dinner is served at the sametime every night.cook more meals at home eating home cooked meals is heltheir for the whole family and sets a great example for kids about the importance of food.
         however,     children who regular indulg in junk food may increase risk for helth, because it start many disease,could be diabatic, hurt disease. children could be over weight, and make them lazyness. for example my five years old daughter eat fast food as regular at school and home ,outside she always like sprite, coco mcdonald e t c she does not like water and home made.  so now her doctor said that she is over waight, if she is not control might be sick.

         children need healthy food in the school,so that is why school need to cut for the junk food. because whenever children are in the school we don't know what are they eat.

most people do not want freedom

  In this article taking about most people do not want freedom, i think in my opinion everybody desire freedom, because of many reason, such as  for the society.
       for example- in my country Bangladesh, a lot of women strive to be freedom, women does not have any freedom because of our society, said that woman should not allowed to go out, to work they don't have any right to make their own decision. they only can get married and take care of their family .
      humanity can solve any problem and achieve any desire result, it does not matter who are you?
alot of wamen have degree in my country but they can not allow to work,reason of they dont have any freedom, if you have family you can make financial freedoom a project for everyone,if the  woman have a good job they could be finashial support their family, it makes our live more easy.

           finally i would like to say that in the united states people have a lot of freedom thats why in this country don't have any financial problem.

                          According to this article talking about the dangers of reality TV. bad for many reason
one of education.
                        I think that the most important things is education for our lives. some people think that competition is the key to success capitalist economy. they don't care about the education. because they think that if we can win without any education, so life will be easy for us. for example if I want education I have to survive myself, for example about me, I want education in this country for a good job. that's why I have to suffer a lot of express myself. I don't have federal aid so I have to pay for everything, if I want my education I need money, if I need money I have to work.

                        on the other hand that's why some people think education is not necessary, better if we have win any competition we could be millionaire right away. so why go to school face a lot of difficulties, when you can go any reality TV such as fear factor, who wants to marry a multimillionaire award, American idol.
               
                            for my opinion, education is the key to success in a capitalist economy, because education give me knowledge money, job everything. And reality show give me only money if I can win.



                  

                         In the article 'why people think they're living in a reality show".
            I think that some people believe the reality TV show, but I don't understand why some people  are believe the reality TV show?

                       In my opinion people should not believe the reality TV show ,because TV show is not our real life, in the TV show has a lot of technology, network and has kept the hidden cameras, the creator, director, actor. for example the Truman show, in the show is represent a creator give the Truman as same as a real life since he was born, he grow up in his fake life. he thought that his life is normal, bot everything is fake.

                         In the other hand, we don't have any hidden camera in our real life, we are not prisoner ,we can go anywhere, do everything for ourselves. for example we believe the god, we have a lot of cultures , religion in this world. beside the reality show has creative who take care everything.

                            so I think that people should not believe they are in the reality show, we love to watch the TV show that does not mean that we are in the TV show.

5,    i think that the TV producer Christ of has many similarities with the god because   they are both the one everyone look up. and differ is no way at all.

       Christo control room is high in the artificial dome that provides the sky and horizon of sea haven. he discuss his programing on talk show.

Truman has no any power Christ of  the creator, crows a parallel between the all powerful director and god.

      I think that sea haven was just like our real world wherever we were living. Only the difference between sea haven and the world, they have walls and cameras  and called TV show, film , and he made the actor.

                    in the article "I know the truth, so don't bother me with the fact, written by Jeffrey kluge states that people all know the truth rather then the rumor. Most of the people don't think about which is beliefs and which is false.   

                   author also said that what happened in the ground zero, he researchers that  the  state university show that how people easily deceive by rumor and flat out lies.
